Fantastic customer service
I recently contacted Le Creuset about a pan that had lost its non-stick. After filling out a simple form and sending pictures, we ascertained that my product was bought before the lifetime warranty came in so wasn't covered. However, they did replace the pan which was much appreciated. The whole process took less than 24 hours from contacting them to conclusion. Very efficient and great service (just like their pans of 19 years!!)
