I had a problem on the LaserPecker P1 with the Bluetooth connection, I contacted the support and very politely they asked me first of all to implement certain measures to see if I could solve the problem, then when nothing was solved, they asked me to send them the laser and after some time I got a replacement laser. The product was still under warranty. It is a serious and competent company, courteous and attentive to its customers. I was very satisfied.
