Great Protection and recall for independent agents!
I have been using Krisp for a few years now in order to protect myself as an independent agent taking calls working from home. At times customers can sometimes not be honest about the interactions they had with their support agent. At times the company that you contract for can sometimes take the customer at their word. I'm not saying this is a bad thing just isn't always the right thing to do without the facts. Now I have the facts to submit for proof if this is the case and now having that recording to also verify is amazing!
