Unsatisfactory customer service
I’m a repeat customer of Inofia - having previously purchased a mattress. I’m incredible disappointed with my experience trying to order a second mattress from them for my new apartment. After a week of shipping - I received an email that I had provided an “incorrect address” and they needed to re ship my mattress. This wasn’t accurate, and I sent multiple emails with no reply to customer service. UPS informed me that Inofia had lost my package, and that the information they were providing me was incorrect and that I should file a claim. They don’t have a customer service phone number - and replied scarcely to my emails. Inofia only reached back out to me once I contacted PayPal to report them. Will not be recommending to my friends and would advise to purchase elsewhere - regardless of having already been a customer.
