Balaji Elango Was very helpful in restoring several crashed sites, (which happens frequently).
Unfortunately Hostek has not hired enough Balaji Elangos top take care of a myriad of other problems.
Balaji Elango is great, but he was not assigned all of our other service requests that go unanswered.
Hostek is not a very good service provider at all.
