absolutely vile customer service
absolutely vile customer service. Just rang about an order for which postman had left a card saying it's with the neighbour but it wasn't and was charged £80+ for the order, after asking me my email address and order number, the customer service assistant said 'kindly stay on the line' and I said sure, and after waiting for 18 minutes on the line she decided to just hang up on me and proceed to ask me for feedback on the service I never received. Just unbelievable.
