No product and no refund
I placed my £1400 order on 15/08/2024. There was no communication from the company until I contacted them on 30/08/2024. I was told they couldn't get the stock and I was offered a refund, which I accepted. After two more weeks, there was no communication or refund from the company. Luckily, I had paid via PayPal and raised a dispute through PayPal. PayPal gave Hearing Direct a deadline to respond, which they failed to meet. PayPal reimbursed me and started my refund on 22/09/2024. There is still no word from Hearing Direct.
This company cannot be trusted. My experience with Hearing Direct proves it.
