Guns.com service was exceptional, but…

Guns.com service was exceptional and delivery was quick.

There was only one very negative issue, but that has to do with financing with Credova. Credova immediately sends the account to Monterey Financial. Monterey is a collection agency and immediately begin treating all accounts as a collection issue. I put an end to their crap by paying the account in full plus their early pay off processing fee with a credit card. Just pay for your order up front and avoid Credova financing at all costs.

I have purchased multiple guns from…

I have purchased multiple guns from guns.com and never had an issue. This time there was a hiccup. I spoke to Derek and he was able to smooth everything out and I got my new AR to me in a timely manner. I put the guy through the wringer, he never lost his cool and continued to help me out.
This speaks volumes to me as I am an IT manager and I know how difficult people can be.
I appreciate his willingness to continue helping me and is a real asset at guns.com.
