Missing food and late delivery again!
Meals missing from the box and delivery appalling . Grubby recently changed from dpd to yodel. Since this change my orders have been late arriving today hours later meaning we had no food for our tea. We had to make a trip to a supermarket and pick up food due to relying on this.
When the box finally arrived, there are 2 meals missing and due to the amount of time the food has been left in the box, the ice has melted and left the food bags sodden.
Terrible service if I’m honest.
This is the 2nd time we have had this with yodel.
We have a Monday delivery , 5 meals which see us through the week. Now not working out financially as still having to purchase another meal now for Monday from the supermarket. Not a 5 minute trip for us and quite frankly after waiting all day for a food delivery to arrive and having to just make the decision to head out , I won’t be ordering from grubby again. I have now closed my account.
Now I have to venture out again to the supermarket because we are meals short.
Shame these companies will try and cut costs and corners with cheap companies. Pay peanuts….
