Monthly fee went from €22 eur to €45 in the last 3 years. When the prices started to go up in 2022 they were saying it's due to fuel costs spike. The fuel prices dropped to their pre-war level now, and the general inflation rate is 15%, not 200% and yet greyhound keeps milking the loyal customers into oblivion.

although the staff are courteous the overall service from Greyhound is pretty poor.
In America our garbage gets collected three times a week and recycling once a week and is taken from our taxes
But in Ireland, you have to pay for a mediocre service.
Despite ringing them and emailing them constantly, you finally get an assurance that they will come out and collect your rubbish on a certain day. In fact this time it took a week to arrange this and they said they would be out on a Saturday and I told them I would be out of country for over a month or more and my black bin was full. My bin smells snd guess what they did not come. This is not the first time that their repeated assurances fall flat
Greyhound frequently miss collections and for a service that you pay for it is just not good enough. Even when contractually bound to provide the service they fail to do so.
