When the panels are up and running they are fine but that is the problem the panels are always down! The panels are down at least every other day for about 1-2 hours everytime, It's also not on just one panel, I was originaly on panel 65 (which was down just waaay to often and then I was moved over to panel 64, It was good for the first few days and now my panel has been down for 2 hours now. Also, thier customer service is terrible, I bought the plugin support for 5 dollars so that they could get factions working on my server. There was no problem getting the money but they never helped me or even talked to me about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rented a server, price was good. We installed a modsauce server. Ran fine, then all of a sudden (only 2 of us playing) it crashes every startup. We copied to another host, ran fine. They had VM issues, and when I put a ticket in it got ignored. Days later I told them I wanted some support or I was going to switch to another company. I was told "Sorry to see you go", no support, no attempt to retain my business, nothing. Just "Sorry to see you go". I attempted to get a refund but have heard nothing. Avoid these people like the plague.

In case they want to fight this as a fake reviews I have email proof. This is just awful.
