The service used to be great
The service used to be great, I've been using it for several years and have never had a problem.
However, the service appears to be somewhat disorganized with the mass banning of Netflix accounts in September.
I ordered a new subscription a few days ago, but it hasn't arrived yet and I still can't use it. Customer support is quick to respond, but they just tell me to "wait." On top of that, there's a $2 charge for a refund. I'm starting to lose faith in GamsGo.
