Perhaps THE BEST Customer Service I've ever received!
I'm taking the time to write this review to highlight what an EXCELLENT experience I've had purchasing the Pac-Man air hockey table from this company.
My family and I have had our eyes on buying an air hockey table for months now and we did a TON of research. Not only did these guys provide the best possible price for this table, but their customer service is some of the best I've EVER had...period!
Through the entire sales process, I worked with Annie. She was always super responsive, kind, and extremely informative. She texted me regularly as she found answers to questions I had and was unbelievably helpful. Game Room Shop has a ROCK STAR employee in Annie, and I wanted to make sure that feedback made it to the top.
I e-mailed the CEO and let him know this. It gets better. The guy writes me a thorough e-mail back thanking me my input and drops me a $25 gift card to use on future purchases.
Keep up the great work, guys! It's refreshing, because it is so rare these days, to find a company that has stellar customer service. I'll be a customer for life.
