Not Worth It
Customer service is tech support and product specialist also. Who you speak to reads a script and upon getting stumped places you on a 2-3 min or 3-5 min hold to reach out to her "team." When she finally reaches her "team," she comes back to relay what was shared. Supposedly there is no direct way to speak to someone with more expertise and decision making. Organizationally, the process is inefficient. The watch I purchased for my son was replaced with a defective product that after sitting on the phone for more than 1 hour, the resolve was to replace the replacement.
