"Flower Station" is a 12-hour service, NOT a "24-HOUR" one, FAULTY INFORMATION !!!
"Flower Station" 's website and phone message announce it as being a 24-hour service company.
You go on the webpage, choose your bouquet, leave a message for a card to go along with, set your preferred time by writing on the message, and pay for it.
Then, you've asked it to be delivered between 4.00 and 5.30 am but it is delivered at 9.30 am only, much later than the ceremony which it was expected for.
You've cancel the service much before it is delivered as it was not served according to the need, and as per your online request. Still, it was being delivered (as mentioned, at 9.30 am) though NATURALLY refused.
You claim for a NEW bouquet of the same kind (pink roses and fresias) to reach the organisation on Monday afternoon for another ceremony on Tuesday early morning, again. It is a new bouquet but not of the same kind (much darker colour, not matching the purpose). Also, it didn't bring any card with the message sent online ... the person which it was addressed to take care of it thought it was for her ...
TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS COMPANY, shame!
The reason given for not having being delivered at the designated time was "because we work from 9 to 9" . . . what a short day for 24 HOURS OF SERVICE!!!
Never more and the damage has been done.
