Poor response from company and spent forever checking tracking with Royal Mail then put in a complaint as was a sudden death in family before a response
Flower card were wanting a full repayment and £4 off cost only so costing £84 and I’m a loyal customer
So went to Bloom And wild got delivered next day for £18
