Disappointing this time
I had used in 2012 Flightright before to get compensation for a Turkish Airlines which worked out well. This I asked them to look into a cancelled Tunisair flight which after endless mails over five months decided was not worth pursuing. My impression is that the company has grown to strongly to the point where they don't check cases carefully. They claimed that my travel agency had rebooked the flight which was not true - Tunsiair had rebooked the flight without telling me. I pointed this out but never got an answer. I think they are too busy to treat all cases carefully and make selections on what cases are most profitable to them. I didn't make the cut.
