What went wrong? More a question of what went right. My agreed pick up slot got cancelled twice, which was stressful and caused significant inconvenience to the timings at work I had been able to set aside. On the day of the second reschedule, the driver arrived over two and a half hours late. Customer service was variable (e.g., those I spoke to were polite but then didn't follow up as promised [didn't call back, didn't reply to text message]). When I reviewed the quality of the service on their website, I was told someone would contact me about the experience and no one did. Genuinely terrible service, and ended up costing me more than other MOT quotes that seemed more expensive based on quotes.
