A reasonably good experience but not great yet
Firstbase has done a good job at the workflow to get the company stood up. Banking is a bit rough. Confusing. A lot of offers and uncertainty about what exactly is needed at a min. The accounting package is good but needs some 1:1 to understand better how that works. A few short videos that are easy to access would help. And changing structures post set-up is confusing. Don't like the idea of being sent to a partner every time I have a question as opposed to having some answers as part of the experience. These are general questions that I feel Firstbase should be able to answer such as "how do I update my share structure" with the requisite warnings about taxes etc. instead of just sending me straight away to another provider (and I may already have one).
