Purchased Just Right Received Lesser Value Fun Size
I was excited about trying this vendor. The flowers were fresher than the traditional online options which was positive. However, I purchased the Just Right size for $85.00 with a $25.00 shipping charge and received the Fun Size valued at $59.00. The vendor gave lip service about tightly bound and will open up more in a few days. The roses were already blown and there wasn’t enough greens and florals that when open will come close to the size I purchased. No customer service! I have requested the $26 difference in value be refunded. We will see how they respond. I reserve my full judgement for their response.
