The purchase and eventual return of my product was excellent. I purchased an open box item, and it didn't come with instructions. I thought this was an error by Extreme Terrain (being an open box and all) but the manufacturer doesn't provide instructions. While I am pretty intuitive with certain things, this wiring was just a bit too much for me to figure out. I did talk to the manufacturer and it just wasn't a good end result that resulting in more frustrations.

I reached out and started my return process and it was flawless and simple. I even have my new purchases ready in my cart for when my store credit (open box returns get store credit) is on my account.

The representative, Eric, was able to help me make the purchase. I had questions about the product (brake kit) when I saw some questionable customer reviews. I needed to get clarification on some product concerns and he was able to explain the product in good detail. Enough to put any of my concerns at ease.
