Worst food service company, they accepted an email that doesn’t exist (spelled hotmial instead of hotmail) so when we logged in to cancel it showed there was nothing active. Called because we were charged and they will not offer a refund even with over withdrawal of our bank account. Don’t even bother with them and waste your time go to hello fresh. They don’t accept email mistypes and give refunds when there’s a mistake.

I have had four deliveries so far. 1st box was delivered late, food was hot, so I was told to throw it out and I was reimbursed for that order. The three deliveries that I have received since have had missing ingredients. Yes I have been credited for those ingredients, however I chose this service so I would not need to buy those extra items, but I am still having to travel to the grocery store to do so. Next box that has something missing our account will be canceled.
