Missing items from website stock
Didn’t have an item I’d ordered in stock and so removed it from the order without the offer of amending my order. It’s particularly annoying as the same shoe was in stock, listed as a different item, for just £2 more expensive. It wouldn’t be an issue if there wasn’t a minimum postage cost of £5 and I’m quite adverse to paying this fee twice. Since the ordered item was not in stock and this was a website error, it would have been nice to have been given the opportunity to amend or cancel my order rather than just sending the order with the missing item
