Very good Customer Service
I noticed that their prices had dropped considerably sincevI booked so I rang and asked if i could cancel and re-book at the new price. They cancelled immediately, no quibble and I re-booked. Saved almost 50% and they even offered to refund my original deposit, which I wasn't expecting. On the day of the rental I spoke to tell them on Live Chat to tell them that my flight had been delayed. They emailed Alamo to tell them I'd be late collecting the car. John was most helpful. I will certainly use them again.
