There's a lot positive to say about EB
There's a lot positive to say about EB. Their quality of products is really fair: solid sterling silver with great attention to detail matched with an 18 month warranty and reasonable prices (especially in the sale on their website or SSense).
My multiple orders have arrived really quickly from Italy to the UK in nice packaging and DHL tracking.
However, what was particularly impressive is the after-sales care for their products.
One time I took my necklace out of my pouch and saw a link was broken. I contacted EB with pictures and they confirmed I was still within my 18 month warranty and informed I can send my item to be repaired for free. Since I was doing this, I also had a bracelet from them but not bought on their website that was broken. I was informed I can send that too for a comprehensive restorative repair for £60 - very reasonable!
My two items came back better than I could have expected or asked for - extra complimentary work was obvious to have been done.
As such, I highly recommend EB. Their products are good quality (i.e. not brass or silver plated), at a good price, with great aftersales.
The lady who dealt with my query was Veronica and she personally oversaw this from start to finish and answered all my questions.
