Faulty Eleglide M2 Ebike.
Could have been a great ebike but let down by faults, poor product support and advice.
In my experience the Eleglide M2 Ebike is poor quality combined with poor service and support by all concerned.
Faulty, without power within 2 months.
Inoperable for a month.
Excessive delays in replacing THREE faulty parts on the M2
Appalling and repetitive customer service experience.
Poor product knowledge.
carry little replacement stock for UK customers.
Responds poorly to complaints (3) and fails to address concerns raised.
Purchased through Infinity Electric Bikes whose customer service/support is no better.
Ebike returned for full refund.
