Two Weeks without Service
In my third week without any service, struggling to work from home using hotspot and neighbour's wifi. I've endured two and a half weeks of chasing up Eir, speaking to countless agents, two managers/supervisors, receiving false updates and promises regarding timeframes for resolution of issue, and essentially being consistently fobbed off. Latest SMS update indicated a resolution on 14th October. I'm still waiting. However, they were extremely efficient at grabbing their month's bill money for a service I did not receive for two weeks. This is not a serious company. Save yourself the hassle of this so-called provider and jog on by.
