dear sir consumer are always cheated by anyone who gets chance
sir I booked Indian express flight ticket under PNR no Z365WS travelling from Kolkata to Jaipur flight no IX1457 on travel dated 1 October 2024 through authorised agent ease my trip booking id of agent EMT139946988 unfortunately airlines cancelled flight
i paid 7613.00 but after 10 days I have not received my amount. airlines should be responsible for the agent cheating or they should not allowed agent to book.
today I got a call from agent that they will deduct 1100. for refund process
my flight got cancelled i paid higher amount to book another flight at higher rate again agent want to deduct 1100. Rs this is cheating with consumer. please direct agent and airlines not to deduct a single Paisa if flight is cancelled
