Don’t understand negative reviews re customer service which I’ve had to call upon in relation to two orders. First time was when Evri ‘delivered’ my order to the street and it subsequently went missing. Reported to Dusk who investigated and refunded me very promptly. Secondly I ordered a piece of furniture and mistakenly thought there were some missing parts. Contacted them on the online form and received a very prompt reply. I found the parts in the packaging anyway but they were once again very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Emma who was great.
