Excellent Customer Service
My Dune customer service this week was excellent. Ellie was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I buy my shoes for work twice a year and unfortunately had an issue with a pair I bought a few months ago. As I paid cash for the product and didn't keep the receipt because I trust the company I thought I had no hope of an amicable solution. Ellie, after a number of emails over and back produced a receipt for me so I can have the faulty pair of shoes replaced. I wasn't looking for a refund just a replacement pair would have done me fine. I would highly recommend Dune as a brand, the staff in the three stores I shop in are all very helpful and friendly every time I go in. My customer service experience was top drawer, worth noting I've never had an issue with a pair of shoes before and Ellie is a pleasure to deal with.
