Don't bother with buying express delivery
I bought express delivery (which is supposed to mean that your order arrives next day) but received not one item in my order for almost two weeks, even after emailing customer services to try and find out what went wrong. It turns out one item I ordered had been listed on the website as available when it was not - OK, but should I really have to write twice to ask where my order is for someone to sort it out? In addition, I wasn't refunded the right amount for the shirt I didn't receive, so have had to email again. What a pain. Stephen in customer service was polite and nice, but I'm quite annoyed I have had to chase so much. I wouldn't bother with express delivery again, it doesn't work.
