Daiwa Supreme Hybrid Plus massage chair
I have Daiwa Supreme Hybrid Plus chair that’s been making a ticking annoying sound. John (Technician) drove from Gardena California to isolate and diagnose the problem. He explained with ease what was happening specifically throughout the process on pointing areas of elimination. Problem was fixed and I was so impressed and happy with his kindness and professionalism.
I hope Daiwa company knows how fortunate they are to have a great employee (Tech) such as John.
I know John will continue to help service the needs of customers and represent the Daiwa family to his best ability while taking great pride of the work he does.
