I am very impressed with after sale support and service.
I had a Shimano battery issue on an e-bike that I bought mid-2021. I needed Crazy Lenny's to help with the warranty claim from Shimano. I live in Connecticut, and I thought I would never hear from them. It took 10 days or so, but they called back and offered to help. Thank you.
