A premium product is only as *premium* as their customer experience. Bought the FRG 191 a year ago and the rubber nose piece fell off while i was on the river - gone. Thought it wouldn't be a big deal to get it replaced; I was wrong. Costa requires you to jump through hoops and hurdles only to find out the piece you need is not purchasable. So for $4 of rubber, now I will need to spend another $200+ .. When the glasses worked they were great, but maybe try and put more glue on the rubber piece.
