Great Experience with Fantastic Customer Support
I was in the market for a coffee roaster that is somewhat difficult to find in the US. The Sandbox Smart R2. There were only 2 authorized dealers in North America and I chose the one who had a slightly better price because after all, this was a higher priced item and who doesn't like a good deal. The ordering process on their website was easy to navigate and offered no unexpected surprises. My order #CRC-1721 was filled and shipped in a timely manner and I was provided with tracking information as soon as it was made available.
But the best part of the transaction was my email correspondence with one of their reps Beverly. She was quick to respond to my questions and was in contact with me every step of the way, including after the sale and during the shipping process. 31 emails between the two of us!
