Poor service and charged double
I tried to place an order for my contact lenses. The first attempt displayed an error when completing the order and it didn't confirm whether the order was successful, so I tried again, and the second attempt went through and displayed it was successful. However, I later received emails confirming that I had placed two orders. I reached out to the customer service team only an hour later to resolve the issue and requested the cancellation of one of the orders. I was told that canceling the duplicate order was not possible, and I would be charged for both, as their system doesn't allow them to cancel an order. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I would avoid using this website due to the poor service.
