Christmas Letters From Santa Coupons May 2025 - 25% OFF

Ordered 2x letters on the 03 December 2023 for both my daughters, added the extras like the wax stamp and some activity sheets etc, total cost £21.45, got confirmation letters posted on the 12 December 2023 (We live in the UK). On the 22 December 2023 no letters had arrived, I emailed and had no response till the 02 January 2024 where I was asked if the letters were received, sad to say i never received them, their response, "sorry you didn't receive the letters, if you didn't pay for tracking its out of our hands, but hey here's £3 for your next order" tracking? why? i live in the UK? anyways asked for them to be reprinted and posted, even offered to pay for tracking this time, was told "Sorry we unable to print anymore letters" unacceptable!! not only have my kids been let down but I am let down with this response and service, I see another review was posted a day before mine with the exact same issue, makes me wonder.

I ordered 2 letters to be delivered to my nephew and niece in California, as this website boasts that they deliver all over the world. The letters were ordered a month before Christmas and they didn’t even arrive. Massively disappointed and let down because I was excited to see the kids response of receiving a ‘letter from Santa’, as a surprise. Emailed the company informing them that the letters never showed up and as it’s now past Christmas, it’s useless and irrelevant now anyway. I asked for a full refund as I feel letdown by the service but instead was offered an insulting and measly £3 discount code to use next year. After spending £13.50, and being offered £3 for next year is a pathetic response. To be told that once it has been sent out it’s out of their hands unless I’ve paid for tracking, is ridiculous, when their website states that the letters would arrive before Christmas and the fact that they think it’s acceptable to pay extra for a tracking service for a couple of letters when I’ve paid alot as it is. I won’t be using this service again and would recommend anyone else looking to surprise their children with a letter going forward, to find and use another service that is a lot more reliable.
