Delayed delivery!
I placed an order on 09/19/24. The meats were supposed to be delivered on 09/26/24. Unfortunately, the box arrived the following day on 09/27/24 without a shred of ice and the meats were kind of warm.
I never received a confirmation of my order nor a tracking number. I contacted customer service and after speaking with Angel they offered me a full refund of my order. It's been a week and I'm still waiting, they never respond to my emails.
They should keep in mind that UPS trucks are not refrigerated and if it's 80 degrees outside, in the truck is at least 100 degrees. It's an oven. I've had to dispute the charges with my bank.
Their unwillingness and lack of response to resolve the problem shifting blame to UPS, only demonstrates a company with an unworthy and dubious reputation.
I will continue waiting for my refund and at least I hope they have the courtesy to answer.
