I’d give Chargepoint 0 stars if I could. Im a station owner, and as I write this, I’ve not been paid for electric usage by drivers for over a year. This is beyond silly. They don’t have phone numbers to call. After writing an email and then opening a “ticket” there is no follow up. Then when they tell you its all good, they tell you to call your bank to confirm monies were been received. Well the money wasn’t received (and they won’t show you any proof that a payment was sent!!!
I had to spend $10,000 on a two headed charging station.
Beware, this company is a mess?
