If somethings missing, good luck!
Ordered a pair of Giro shoes online. On arrival they were missing the sole inserts. CR's customer services initial reaction was ta request o send them a picture of the missing part. Eh? Then they said as they did not say the shoes would have sole inserts they couldn't help. I could return the shoes at my own expense for a refund but that was it. Suspect these shoes had been returned already as there was only rudimentary packing.
Wont use again.
