I ordered some shoes and it arrived well and on time. however I wanted to return it since the size I got was a big too big for me. They printed me off labels to ship it back and said they will refund me once I do the return. Ive already sent it back ages ago (2 weeks) and I still havent gotten my refund. Ive sent countless msgs everyday and I get the same response, that its been forwarded to the accounts department. TBH I am starting to get really annoyed and frustrated...I feel like they wont ever refund me even though I returned the item back already...quite ready to call up my credit card company and tell them to backcharge the payment.

Placed an order on 15 March and these thieves still haven’t got my shoes shipped till now! I’ve sent thousands of emails only to get similar replies of ‘under preparation and will be shipped soon’, but WHEN?!! I’ve asked for a refund now and they seem to disappear. I’ll definitely sue them and Lyst who is their promoting platform. Don’t ever trust them! Totally thieves!

My response to Cettire’s reply:

Never seen a retailer more shameless than you guys.

Firstly, yes you cancelled my order only this morning with simple words saying ‘you’ve been redunded’. But where’s my refund?! Unfortunately I haven’t seen any refund even on the way to my bank account. How long is it gonna take and whether it’s gonna happen? I don’t know and don’t trust these dodgy people any more. Eventually I may receive the money however it’s totally up to their mind. They hold your money for ages doing ‘God knows what’ before they make the shipment or refund happen. I’m pretty sure you finally updated my order only because I sought help from your promoting platform - Lyst, who may escalated my request TWICE to you.

Secondly, clearly you guys stopped replying my emails and tried to ignore my refund request since 26 March! How could you shamelessly say you managed to get back to me within 1 business day? What’s your definition to ‘1 biz day’ huh? You said there’s problem with my order but what is it? In your emails to me you only mentioned you were actually out of stock of the size I ordered (yes I haven’t complained about that) and I simply let you proceed with half size bigger. That’s your own problem not my order’s! You guys only came back to me once (far over 1 business day turnaround time) since then saying my order will be shipped soon then disappeared forever! What was your unsolved problem and why wouldn’t you keep me posted if there is issue?

Lastly, I’m sure viewers of Trustpilot are not stupid and they have their own judge. Look at those 1-star reviews and apparently I’m not alone, not to mention those got rid of and manipulated by Cettire. Cettire you can keep trying to delete my comments but I won’t stop until I got my refund! Save your time from replying reviews here to actually do some real jobs to your customers!
