Shambolic! We have been without a landline since…
We have been without a landline since 23rd September.
BT say they fixed it and closed the case, then reopened on 4 th October -that is nonsense, it has never been resolved despite several promises and now they are saying it will not be fixed until 11th October. We rely on our landline. This is appalling service and there has been no explanation as to why this cannot be fixed promptly.
Where is the fault and why is it so difficult to fix…. ?Please explain- we will now refer it to Ofcom….
Is this because EE is now in control? Absolutely shambolic !
