Awful experience shopping online
I refused a delivery because the perfume was clearly damaged. The delivery guy actually explained that it had broken on the way to my home, and advised me to refuse the order to receive a refund. I didn’t even touch the package, just saw it all wet, with the perfume clearly broken.
Over a month has passed, and they have not refunded me. I emailed them 5 times, and every time their customer support team replied giving me different timelines and expectations. First, they couldn’t replace it but would issue a refund. Then, they would investigate. Then, they confirmed having received the perfume and said the refund had been requested. Then, they would investigate it again and ask for a replacement.
Long story short, they just copy and paste saved responses, and don’t know what they are saying. Literally lost 160 euros because of their lack of competence and willingness to help.
No communication from them at all, the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing online.
Boots - never again.
