Terrible - drivers leave food at driveway without knocking
Low quality and not safe to eat - Blue Apron cannot deliver food that needs to stay cold. Deliveries with chicken were getting left at the street and driveway, drivers would just throw it out at the driveway and leave without knocking.
Blue Apron didn't both to even trying to address this, instead sent me a form email that I need to have someone at home for the delivery or to have a friend waiting. Clearly Juvay B. from Blue Apron didn't even both to read the problem of drivers leaving food on the driveway or not even bothering to knock on the door.
With drivers leaving packages out for hours, you can't trust the food that Blue Apron delivers is safe.
EDIT: The Blue Apron reply below is what you can expect from them. They are delivering you food that you cannot safely eat. When you try to reach out to their email address, they'll send you a form letter reply like the one below instead of actually addressing the issue.
