Bad to customers
They offered a promo to get a mug if you bought a certain amount of merchandise. However they wouldn't allow you to add the free shipping code if you got the mug because they won't let customers have two promos in their carts. This is with enough merchandise to get free shipping beyond the mug cost. rather than doing anything they just shrug their shoulders. Once order is placed, they don't give you a processing time, so you just wait and wait. When you reach out to customer service they just send you a form letter of their processing times. Then when you wait some more, beyond the time quoted, and reach out again it's "oh sorry we're just behind! And I have no idea where your package is at in the queue!" Absolutely horrendous service from both the company itself and its customer service team. I'm so done with this.
