Poor service
My order was placed Sep 4, 2024. It was split into 2 orders/deliveries by best canvas. The first delivery representing the smallest part of the order was delivered on Sep 18. The bulk of the order remains in permanent limbo labelled as "in transit" for 2 weeks now. Best Canvas refers me to their shipping partner and the shipping partner refers me back to Best Canvas. Oct 5th and no resolution. The chat feature for customer service is ineffective.
An organization is defined by how they work when things don't go as planned. I would not recommend this organization.
