Love the supplements/cus. serv. not so much.
I absolutely Love the supplements. I started them several years ago and felt the difference within 2 weeks from starting them. I do think their website AND their customer service need some work. The website could be easier to use and actually work. I had to put a hold on the shipment, which I did through the website. Then got my regular shipment notification. When I called them, the customer service told me "You should have called. I don't see a hold placed so I can't help you". I told him that I won't be home to get the shipment and it was a waste of my money to just sit there and get wet or stolen". He repeated his 1st statement. If their website and customer service were better, I would have given them a 5 star.
