Issues with delivery
The store has a beautiful selection of products and nice offers. But I wanted to leave some constructive feedback about the delivery of my order and customer service.
My issues were as follows:
1) Delivery was delayed without early warning from what was stated during checkout of order. The delivery was time sensitive as I was travelling and had diligently planned to pick-up the order in the given period of delivery. Fortunately, extended family were extremely kind to pick up the order and transport it to my new destination.
2) Lack of support and assistance from customer service when I called to try to find a solution to the delayed order.
3) Late response time via email even though matter was acknowledged as urgent.
4) Part of package damaged upon arrival.
I hope this feedback sparks initiative for improvement. Else I love the products I purchased, but as one of the cutlery boxes was damaged during delivery, I cannot nicely store them in the box they came in, which is a shame.
