Warranty engineer said change the flue as it was fitted incorrectly 3 years ago (worked fine until 27 august)
We changed the whole flue system and the boiler will not fire. Ariston warranty help line insists we need a flue integrity test (at my cost) before they will send out their engineer. How can we test a flue when a boiler will not fire???
