Bond street customer service and faulty dress
1 star is even too much for such experience I had. After wearing the new dress twice this month, it came apart on the seam and looked ripped. I went to the boutique on Bond Street London, and shared with management my problem. They accused me that I was not wearing it properly and overall it can happen. However, since I was wearing it already it’s only my problem and they propose to do for me only alteration in store. Since I needed the dress later this month I agreed. However, the alteration has been done poorly and the threads which are going out are still visible. Furthermore, they did corset parts not proportional. I asked manager to make a note, that there is a problem and I might have to come again. He said ‘it’s not our responsibility’ and started conflict with me. This time accusing me that I don’t talk nicely to him. Two days in a row he did it in front of his team and customers. Customer care service also took the store side story and refuse to accept that item is faulty. When I shared with customer support the right feelings I had, they hang out the phone.Do I really want to buy something else again from the brand? Probably not. In the store everyone was nice to me until they needed me to do a purchase. After I came with the problem I was accused, demoralized and ignored.
